Junior Product Manager

• Perform product demos to field teams, and collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure successful product launches
• Define and track release plan, work closely with local and remote R&D team
• Complete requirements analysis and create PRD
• Work closely with all related teams such as design, development, testing, and documentation teams during the development process to make sure the features delivered can satisfy customer needs
• Define product release scope and roadmap, track in JIRA
• Work with product development teams to complete feature UI and logic design
• Collect product feedback and keep improving the product

• Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multi- task and work well under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering- related majors
• Proven ability to influence cross- functional teams without formal authority
• Excellent communication skills in English, and knowing Chinese is a plus
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Natural tendency to be curious, positive, and creative
