Junior Product Marketing

Support user engagement through surveys, tickets, and feedback collection.
Other tasks assigned by manager.
Craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans for Swan Chain’s products.
Assist in creating engaging and informative content, including web design, product documents, blog posts, and social media posts.
Establish and maintain communication with KOL/Partner to organize co- marketing activities.
Support the planning and execution of product launches, including coordinating with cross- functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets.

Work Location: In person (all business days)
Compensation: From 10 Million- Under 12 Million VND / Month (Gross)
As a Junior Product Marketer, you will support the Marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive product adoption, engagement, and retention. This role involves collaborating with cross- functional teams, conducting market research, and creating compelling marketing materials to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
Location: District 4, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Helix Mesh, a branch of Swan)
Working time: Full- time (9:00am- 6:00pm), Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.

The successful candidate will be an energetic, self- motivated individual with a proven track record in marketing. They will have a deep understanding of the marketing landscape and a talent for establishing and sustaining successful partnerships. Proficiency in English is necessary for this role, as the successful candidate will collaborate closely with teams worldwide that primarily operate in English.

Experience with content marketing, social media, community management, PR.
Strong written skills and ability to translate complex concepts for general users.
Analytical and data- driven mindset.

Must have a basic understanding of how crypto works: Culture, on- chain and off- chain.
1- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a product marketing role.
