We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader of Product Growth and Markting to join our dynamic P2P team under Social Payment Business Unit. As a Team Leader in this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our P2P product’s portfolio. You will work closely with cross- functional teams, collaborate with product managers, and report directly to the Senior Manager of P2P Business. Your expertise in product marketing, strategic planning, growth strategies, and providing feedback to products will be crucial in achieving our business objectives.
What you will do
Product Marketing Strategy:
Develop comprehensive product marketing strategies that effectively position our product and its features in the competitive landscape.
Create compelling and persuasive messaging, value propositions, and positioning to differentiate our offerings and resonate with target audiences.
Collaborate with product managers to deeply understand product features, benefits, and use cases, translating them into user- focused messaging.
Go- to- Market (GTM) Planning:
Lead the planning and execution of go- to- market strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and expansions into new markets.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including MoMo Business Units, Partners, Business Development, and customer success, to ensure seamless and coordinated launch activities.
Growth Initiatives:
Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, customer data, feedbacks, and competitive intelligence.
Develop and execute data- driven growth initiatives to expand market share, increase user and product adoption, and drive their retention rates.
Customer Insights and Feedback:
Conduct data analysis and work with Customer Intelligence to conduct customer research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and understand customer needs and pain points.
Proactively seek and gather feedback from customers regarding product features, usability, and overall satisfaction.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product enhancements and improvements.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Analyze data and provide regular performance reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and make informed strategic decisions.
Cross- Functional Collaboration:
Leading strategic company project and campaign (i.e Lắc Xì…) as growth lead to drive campaign and project objectives and collaborate across project team including FP&A, Product Managers, Operations, Marketing and relevant team.
Act as project owner and/or collaborator for cross- BU product integration and synergies
Team Leadership:
Leading a team of (senior) executives to deliver overall business objectives and division OKRs.
Provide coaching for team members to maximize their strengths and define growth areas and development plan
What you will need
Strong intuition about user journey, experience in product discovery is a plus;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business or Finance;
Familiar with the Food Deliveries/Ride- hailing/Ecommerce/Fintech market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users.
At least 4- 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics or User Insights;
Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders;
Hunger to drive action and impact;
