Junior Project Manager

● Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business goals.
● Create detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
● Define project goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
● Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs, objectives, and plans for release.
● Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and team members (hardware engineer,
firmware developer, backend and app developer, QC) to ensure project alignment and success.
● Lead and monitor the development of the projects from concept to production readiness

● Proven ability to successfully manage and lead teams of 5 members or more in complex and dynamic project development environments. Demonstrated leadership in fostering collaboration, ensuring team cohesion, and achieving product objectives.
● A proven result- oriented person with a focus on delivery
● Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in embedded systems development
● At least 2 years of experience in a project management role. Specializing in developing embedded software for IoT devices is awesome.
● Strong technical background in embedded systems development or software development, with a solid understanding of programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Python).
● Effectively communicate with cross- functional teams, translating technical concepts into non- technical terms for stakeholders.
● Good problem- solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking, and solution skills.
● Strong experience in utilizing project management tools (Teams, Notion, JIRA, Github, etc.)
● Fluent in English.
