Minimum Requirements
Creativity, proactivity and proper initiative towards the results of the project;
Knowledge of the international climate negotiations and debate would be an advantage;
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with analytical capacities and ability to synthesise relevant findings;
Excellent ability to share knowledge and experience, a good team player;
Excellent command of MS Office and good working knowledge of modern IT applications;
Working experience in development cooperation and/ or in the Vietnamese public sector would be an advantage;
Initial expertise and interest in the project’s topics, especially related to climate change adaptation and mitigation/climate policy;
Master degree in environment, climate, agriculture, international relations or other related academic subject;
Demonstrated ability to work and produce- sometimes under high pressure- high quality outputs.
Minimum 1 years’ professional experience;
Excellent self- management and coordination skills, interest in development work;
Teamwork ability, dynamic, self- motivated character and interest in development work;
