Junior Salesforce Developer

• Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices and comply with security and performance requirements
• Support data migration, sandbox deployment, and production rollout
• Develop custom Salesforce components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow
• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and code reviews
• Implement Salesforce integration with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third- party connectors
• Customize standard and custom objects, workflows, approval processes, and validation rules
• Work closely with customers, business analysts, and architects to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs

Certifications
Familiarity With Apex, Lwc, Flow Builder, And Salesforce Dx.
Exposure To Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Or Other Salesforce Modules.
Basic Understanding And Some Hands- On Experience With Salesforce Development.
A Strong Desire To Learn And Grow Within The Salesforce Ecosystem.
Good Understanding Of Salesforce Platform Architecture, Security, And Governor Limits.
Familiarity With Ci/Cd Tools For Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Etc.).
Good Communication Skills And A Collaborative Mindset.
Familiarity With Or Exposure To Salesforce Integrations With External Systems (Rest/Soap Apis, Middleware).
College Or University Graduate
Basic Spoken And Written English, Knowledge Of Chinese Is A Plus.
Experience With Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
