Junior Talent Acquisition

To support our business growth, we are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition to join our HR Department.
Established in 2016 in Hanoi, 1C Vietnam operates as a subsidiary of 1C company – the leader of Russian and Eastern European business solutions market.
Job Description:

Cooperate with the People & Culture team to promote employer branding
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies for niche roles and ensure proper representation of 1C Vietnam in the talent market
Other tasks as requested by HR Manager
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain and update recruitment data, provide reports on recruitment
Proactively source candidates on professional platforms
Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle

IT/Tech recruitment experience or Headhunting background is a plus
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Organized, proactive and result- oriented
Fluent Vietnamese with good English communication skills
Good user of MS Office / Google Workspace
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
6 months – 2 years of experience in similar roles is required
Strong communication and coordination skills
