Junior UX Researcher (Research Ops)

Supporting Research Analysis: Assist Senior Researchers in collating and organizing data from research Senior Researchers in data analysis and producing research insights. Provide logistical support during the analysis phase.
Logistics Coordination: Arrange logistics for research sessions, including virtual meeting setups or physical all necessary tools and materials are available and set up for the distribution of incentives to research participants.
Participant Recruitment and Management: Develop and maintain database of research participants for multiple products and business and recruit participants based on project research sessions.
Research Tools and Software Management: Administer research tools and platforms, ensuring all team members have access to necessary updated on new research tools and software that could improve efficiency or outcomes.
Documentation and Compliance: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for research protocols and all research activities comply with ethical standards and privacy regulations.
