Job Description:
Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics such as volume FIFO, processing time, on- time rate and error rates, and taking corrective actions as needed.
Handling projects or ad- hoc tasks as assigned by the upper management.
Taking part in recruiting, training, and developing team members, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high levels of performance and engagement.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to sortation center operations, tools, reports, trackers, equipment maintenance, and employee performance.
Supervising daily operations of the sorting center (can be one work shift, one zone or a functional team), including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
Ensuring compliance with fairness, safety and security protocols, including the proper handling of problems related to people and operations, following SOPs and company policies.
Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations and resolve issues as they arise.
Identifying opportunities for improvement in terms of SOPs, cost management, headcount planning, headcount allocation, system configuration, etc. and implementing solutions to drive greater efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
Good at analytical skills and technical skills (familiarity with computer systems, tracking software, and sorting equipment)
Good at communication (verbal, written and presentation) and problem solving
Having growth mindset and good at change management
Shift working base.
Having at least 2 years of experience in logistic operations or equivalent
Strong leadership skills and at least 2 years of experience in managing a team
College degree and above
