Work with external related authorities such as Tax Office, External Auditor, Banks
Other tasks are as assigned by Line Manager
Follow up and checking VAT invoices for customer in the accounting software
Support ad hoc requirements
Support Accounting Supervisor in preparing daily cash deposit report & daily cash variance report
Follow up on issuing Gift Voucher number & create them in system, recording expense or income related to Gift voucher
Arrange and file documents, invoices
Internal support for other departments such as Marketing, Operation and Site Development
Follow up on registering invoice with tax & report used invoices quarterly
Follow up cash variance and money issue at store
Follow up services and payment methods with Provider and other teams

Able to handle full set of accounts for stores
Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment
Read and written English skills are essential
Familiar with Microsoft Office, spreadsheets and accounting system/software
Graduated in Accounting/ Audit/ Finance
Good communication skill and able to work with positive attitude
