Account payable:

Check actual credit card statements and monthly expenditure entries of Korean experts in SAP and send notifications about remaining unrecorded transactions so that departments can promptly record them in the books. accountant.
Record accounting entries related to profit and loss of payment exchange rate differences and payment entries for auditing firms, transfer pricing, bank fee entries, corporate card, and payment.
Filling & save payment documents & original vendor contract.

Fixed Asset Management:

Recognize, and determine the depreciation time based on the regulations.
Control recorded assets and calculate monthly depreciation. Check the depreciation amount monthly in the system (SAP) and manually calculate n number.
Check the journal entries recording increased assets from capitalization construction investment (Asset under Construction) with the require departments to calculate and classify each item to record in each corresponding asset code. And allocate the construction cost to assets.

Report:

Make asset reports monthly according to each classification (fixed assets and tools). Compare and check with financial reports on SAP (B/S, P/L).
Make the corporate card reports monthly. Reconciliation between reality and records. Remind the person in charge to promptly record the card in the accounting books.
Make a report of monthly accrual expenses.

4- 7 years working experience in accounting and finance. (has experience in the position with same business model (Shopping Mall, Supermarket, Mart, Retails) is preferred)
Good office computer skills, especially Excel.
High attention to detail
Experience with SAP
University degree, major in Finance & Accounting.
Good communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
Strong motivation to learn new things
