Main duty:
Work closely with Logistic Department/Distributors to ensure smooth and integrated results related to stocks supply on time in full and other administrative related
Follow up and propose initiatives to ensure perfect execution and customers development
Support KAMs to develop sale & brand awareness in Key accounts
Implement our business plans including marketing campaign by using the tools and materials defined by the marketing department (product, speech, promotion program, event, assortment, display).
Main tasks :
Sales:
Follow the sales performance of your customers in order to achieve them.
Track & record competitors’ activities in chained retailers monthly
Support KAM in paperwork including preparing documentation of sale out payment, contractrenewal, new product list in, changing barcode, promotion registration etc.
Implement the sales support provided by the company (promotion, samples, combo,merchandising...).
Execute and ensure implementation of customization activities including promotioncompliance, stocks/gimmick support, resource and POSM during the time.
Make sure that our retailers respect our policy.
Take purchase orders from customers.
Increase the visibility of the brand by frequent in- store visit & propose to KAM for intervention.
Training:
Help to coordinate class training or group discussion between the company and the customers.
Support to track and update the reports of training for key account including frequency and
n- site training by customers & store classification.
Merchandising:
Make sure that the products presentation is respected.
Follow and implement our planogram and merchandising policy at each visit.
Set display to increase the visibility in stores in accordance with KAM alignment withcustomers. Follow up and ensure the execution with SE & BA team.
Set merchandising tools produced by marketing department in store.
Marketing:
Respect and follow the brand image and speech.
Follow the marketing Campaign prepared by the company.
Introduce to your customers and implement the marketing campaign.
Use the tools provided by the company.
Take part of the development of the brand image.
Event:
Support team in the coordination of event.
Implement events and activities with your customers (group discussion, sales event)
Other:
Other tasks from the company if any.
