Job Purpose:
This person analyzes competitors, market situation in assigned areas periodically and makes suggestions to managers in decisions on account development in line with the development situation of the company.
This position will be the fielded- based expert on Pharmacy Chain business channel and will coordinate with marketing to maximize market penetration
Responsibility to execute key assigned accounts to ensure KPI achievement in good business relationship and customer insight.
Supports, follow up and implements pharmacy chains (product, price, promotion program, event, assortment) to secure the maximum commercial potential of current and future Pharmacy products marketed in Vietnam.
This person needs to be a team player, be reliable, be meticulous, be highly flexible and customer focused, business acumen, result orientation with good communication and interpersonal skills having the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
This position plays an important role in executing assigned accounts in Pharmacy Chains to meet sales targets which aligned with marketing strategy and relevant Field Force team.
Main responsibilities:
Collaborate with marketing and customers to execute activities on field to ensure Pharmacy Chain business performance
Identify the commercial potential markets for assigned accounts.
Executing activities with key accounts: planned price, trade promotion, collaborating activities, ... to ensure meeting company direction.
Communicate and correspond to key accounts as assigned towards succession of implementation, monitoring, and tracking for campaigns, trade promotions, partnership program…
Work to level up key accounts by increasing availability and visibility of Santen products through assist KAM for negotiation & executive
Other tasks will be assigned by KAM
Build up good relationships with key accounts, relevant to maximize KPI results and achieve business performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor&039;s degree
Good negotiation, communication skills
Good at English
Knowledge about OTC/ Pharmacy chains dynamic
Result orientation
Proven ability to develop trust- based relationships with key accounts
At least 2- year experience (preferred) on Key Account Executive in FMCG/OTC
