MISSION
To Manage key accounts to deliver customer services & build good relationship with customer to explore new opportunities. Acquire new key accounts in assigned areas, become a trusted advisor for Distributor to thrive on business of Distributor. Manage the distributors to achieve yearly target to the assigned market. Sales activity development to Distributor to drive both Push and Pull actions. Build, manage and develop the channel to achieve yearly target on widen network and sustainable development. Build and Develop Business plan with key account to contribute to business. Establish Customer Excellent in the assigned market. Leverage Key account resource to thrive business for both parties sustainably.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Sales planning and activities
Plan sales activities and develop necessary action plans to ensure that order/sales targets are accomplished.
• Promote products and solutions
Organize Product presentation and provide necessary training to customers.
• Promotion and Push pull actions
Cooperate with PM to implement promotion campaign toward customers. Lead or cooperate with team and to execute assigned Push, pull actions.
• Channel development
Develop customer database (Distributor, dealer, contractor, investor) and develop action plan for each customer or each customer type. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers. Perform customer mapping and identify key decision makers.
• Market intelligence
Able to gather specific information (competitors product offer, price, promotion, delivery, credit policy,... ) to report to Manager and PM and able to adapt effectively to the change of market situation.
• Order/Sales reporting, forecast
Rolling forecast for order/sales. Commitment to ensure that forecast are tracked and monitored sufficiently.
• AR management
Manage debt collections for assigned accounts in line with company&039;s expectation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications
• Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): Written and verbal English communication skills. Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Business Understanding: Good understanding on account management and coverage, distribution, and merchandising. With entrepreneurial mindset, a business developer and with strong appetite for growth.
• Education: BS Electrical Engineering grade or equivalent or Business course.
• Job Related Experience: At least 2- year of Sales experience in a related industry or in a different segment but with strong will to learn and adapt in the electrical market.
