Key Account Management (Healthcare) is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding partnerships, and developing strategic relationships with healthcare organizations such as hospitals, clinics, and medical centers. This role focuses on building sustainable partnerships, introducing suitable service solutions, and contributing to the company’s expansion within the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to develop suitable solutions and ensure successful partnership implementation;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospital management, administrative departments, and decision- makers;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Represent the company in meetings, networking activities, and industry events within the healthcare sector;
Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, medical centers, and other healthcare organizations;
Maintain and develop long- term relationships with partners to create sustainable growth opportunities;
Prepare and present proposals, capability profiles, and partnership solutions tailored to the needs of healthcare partners;
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, healthcare ecosystem dynamics, and potential partnership opportunities;
Provide regular reports on partnership development, opportunities, and business performance to direct management;
Monitor partnership progress, evaluate effectiveness, and recommend improvements to strengthen collaboration;

Qualifications & Experience
Have a personal laptop.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Public Health, or related fields;
Experience working with hospitals, clinics, or healthcare- related organizations is highly preferred;
Candidates with an existing network in the healthcare industry are a strong advantage;
Good English communication skills are preferred;
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Development, or B2B Sales;
