Key Account Management, Livestream Operation

Operating many livestream sessions, working with KOC and brand to operate a livestream session.
Improving the campaign performance to meet the monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
Maintaining relationships with clients aiming at improving ads campaign’s performance.
Negotiating with clients to get better conditions for the campaigns, for our publishers and for our company.
Managing and growing ACCESSTRADE MCN (Lazada MCN, Shopee MCN, Tiktok MCN,...)
Basic working process: data analysis- > identify problem- > build up improvement plan- > propose to client- > close the deal- > execute plan- > data analysis.
Working, communicating, and negotiating often with internal teams to manage an advertising campaign (including publisher management team, Customer service team, technical team, Marketing team).
Managing dozens of campaigns such as E- commerce, travel, beauty, F&B etc.

High- pressure capability, quickly grasp the problem and solve the problem effectively.
High responsibility for work is a ‘must’
Good Marketing mindset; basic awareness about commercials.
At least 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing Industry, especially in livestream, booking KOC, MCN network.
Good analytical skills and logical thinking skills are a ‘must’
Good communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Positive attitude, fast learner
