Mô tả công việc

20%:

Develop collaboration with new bus operators and build long- lasting relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factors

80%:

Responsible for improving the quality score of sellers through advising sellers to change quality service, image, information, ...
Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel. Deriving and sharing insight to guide promotional and marketing input
Working with cross- functional teams to resolve any issues impacting seller performance on all platforms (operations, incident, marketing, etc.)
Educate sellers on Vexere features throughout the process of grooming and preparing new sellers to be future key accounts
Managing price competitiveness, assortment, and stock availability
Implement campaigns for new/current sellers, analyze and report their performance
Negotiate deals with sellers and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues
Preparing joint business plan and driving weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews against targets
Responsible for ensuring the success of sellers by growing their revenue and ensure smooth operation

Yêu cầu công việc

Ability to work on a task independently
Teamwork
Willing to get hands dirty as individual contributor & team player
Experience in an ecommerce industry is a plus
Have Laptop
Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Strong interest in driving business decisions through data- driven analysis
Fast- pacing and good adapt on change
Ability to meet deadlines and good negotiation and management skills to seek for most right solutions to clients
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
Logical thinking and strong problem- solving skills
