Key Account – Pharmacy chain

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure client satisfaction by contacting them and learning about their requirements.
Present and demonstrate the values of products and services convincingly offered by the prospective buyers.
Find key trends through data analysis.
Look for opportunities within the scope you manage.
Responsible for promotion plan by customers by month or any action plan needed.
Exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Ensure continuous development and utilization of tools and competencies associated with the role.
Represent product of company and its range of products to healthcare professionals to achieve the objectives and ambitions shared by the company.
Find out ways to upgrade key accounts and build and nurture relationships with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experiences: 3- 4 years of experience in relevant Account/B2B/Customer Service/Business Job, experience in Cosmetics/Derma Cosmetics/Beauty store is a plus.
Qualification: College/University graduate, major in any relevant Business/Medical field.
Others: have an inquiring mind, accept challenges, and highly responsible.
Good English skill
Knowledge: Good understanding in Brands and Distribution.
Skills: Analytics, MS office, communication skills.
