Obtain valid delivery documents to process payments to suppliers
Proceed with purchasing and track delivery progress
Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse to inspect the quality and quantity of imported goods
Create purchase advance requests for specific goods
Prepare purchase orders based on approved suppliers and prices, submit to the Supply Team Leader for review, and then to the Chief Accountant and Director for approval

Able to work full- time
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Can start as soon as possible
No Experience Required
Commit to work for at least 03 months

On- job training
Participate in team building and TakeCare activities of the team and hotel
