ARCHITECT
We are seeking highly skilled Architect with proficiency in Revit and English communication skills. Priority for candidates who have worked on Australian projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Design development and documentation skills required.
- Assist Lead Designers on all design stages to produce design documents.
- Design critical thinking, attention to details and ability to work well in a team environment.
 Create innovative and functional design ideals.
 Participate in a collaborative culture and exercise autonomy when needed.
 Generate and manage comprehensive drawings, schematics, and plans based on the 3D models for use in all project documentation phases.
 Utilise Autodesk Revit software to create accurate 3D Building Information Models.
 Develop detailed design drawings and documentation.
 Collaborate with lead designers to understand their vision and requirements.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 An understanding and knowledge of Building Codes and Regulation.
QUALIFICATIONS
 Knowledge in Architecture industry standards and regulations.
 Strong communication and presentation skills.
 Strong attention to detail and problem- solving skills.
 Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
 Minimum 2 to 5 years in Architecture industry experience.
 Ability to multi- task, prioritise and meet deadlines.
 Proficient in Autodesk Revit.
