KOLs/KOCs Developement Leader

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for expansion and growth within the affiliate program.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including marketing, and product, to align onboarding processes with highly active rate.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new affiliates, guiding them through the onboarding process and providing ongoing support and resources.
Develop and implement an onboarding strategy for new affiliate partners/ social seller
Conduct training sessions and provide educational materials to empower affiliates with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in promoting our campaigns.
Monitor affiliate performance metrics and provide regular feedback and drive revenue growth.

5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership management
Experience with e- commerce/social commerce platforms such as Amazon, or Walmart/Target/Tik Tok,... and so on.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years experiences in leader role
Experience with CRM systems Will be plus:- Experience with Affiliate Marketing
