Chịu trách nhiệm toàn bộ công tác bảo trì cơ khí nhằm đảm bảo thiết bị máy móc vận hành an toàn, ổn định và hiệu quả trong giai đoạn lắp đặt nhà máy (set- up) và giai đoạn vận hành chính thức.
To be responsible for overall mechanical maintenance activities to ensure machinery operates safely, stably, and efficiently during both the factory setup phase and full operation phase.
Giai đoạn lắp đặt nhà máy (khởi động – lắp đặt – chạy thử)/
Factory Setup Phase (Installation – Alignment – Commissioning)
Thực hiện lắp đặt, căn chỉnh tâm, điều chỉnh và kiểm tra thiết bị theo bản vẽ và thông số kỹ thuật của nhà sản xuất.
Perform installation, alignment, adjustment, and inspection of machinery based on drawings and manufacturer specifications.
Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp, OEM và nhà thầu thi công thực hiện các công việc sau:
Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and contractors to carry out the following tasks:
+ Lắp đặt thiết bị
Equipment installation
+ Chạy thử không tải và có tải
No- load and load trial run (Commissioning)
+ Kiểm tra độ rung, lệch tâm, độ kín và các yếu tố chính xác cơ khí
Check vibration, misalignment, sealing condition, and other mechanical accuracy factors
+ Tham gia nghiệm thu kỹ thuật thiết bị
Participate in technical acceptance and inspection of machinery
Lập và hoàn thiện các tài liệu sau:
Prepare and maintain the following documents:
→ Hồ sơ lịch sử thiết bị → Equipment history record
→ Hồ sơ quản lý thiết bị → Equipment master list
→ Kế hoạch bảo trì ban đầu & checklist kiểm tra → Initial maintenance plan & inspection checklist
Lập và đề xuất danh sách phụ tùng dự phòng và vật tư tiêu hao
Prepare and propose spare parts and consumables list for startup
Đào tạo, hướng dẫn kỹ thuật ban đầu cho kỹ thuật viên bảo trì
Provide initial technical training and guidance to maintenance technicians
Giai đoạn vận hành nhà máy (Vận hành – Bảo trì)
Factory Operation Phase (Operation – Maintenance)
Lập và thực hiện kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ và bảo trì phòng ngừa
Develop and implement periodic and preventive maintenance plans
Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ khi có sự cố và đề xuất biện pháp khắc phục, cải tiến
Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective and improvement actions
Trực tiếp xử lý các sự cố cơ khí phức tạp
Directly handle complex mechanical breakdowns
Hướng dẫn và quản lý kỹ thuật viên bảo trì
Supervise and instruct maintenance technicians
Phối hợp với bộ phận sản xuất để giảm thiểu thời gian dừng máy
Cooperate with production department to minimize equipment downtime
Quản lý hồ sơ bảo trì, báo cáo và lịch sử thiết bị
Manage maintenance records, reports, and equipment history
Điều phối và giám sát nhà thầu bên ngoài khi sửa chữa, cải tạo
Coordinate and supervise external contractors for repair and modification work
Thực hiện và hướng dẫn hoạt động 5S tại nơi làm việc.
Implement and guide 5S activities.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ thị của cấp trên.
Perform other tasks as instructed by supervisors.
