Quotation and Proposal Preparation- Project Development

Conduct site surveys as per client requirements and provide technical consultation to meet those needs (if necessary);
Extract quantities, prepare technical documents, bidding documents, and quotations;
Prepare preliminary design drawings (P&ID, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, and 3D Isometric drawings);
Complete the bidding documents as required by the project.

Coordinate with other departments to execute the project.
Control the project costs to meet set KPIs.
Weekly report internally before reporting to customer(s)
Manage project progress and report to management.
Estimate and control the procurement schedule to meet project demands;
Implement drawings, technical documents, and control the design for manufacturing, construction, and installation of equipment/piping as per project requirements;
Working with customer(s) for the project execution, progress reports and other requests.
Plan the preparation of materials, equipment, manpower, and control the procurement schedule, as well as construction methods to meet project needs;

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D; preference given to candidates who can use CAD Plant 3D and are skilled in at least one 3D drawing software such as Inventor or SolidWorks.
Knowledge of material standards used in structural components, storage tanks, pressure vessels, and piping is an advantage.
Proficient in English for communication, with good reading comprehension of technical documents.
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in a similar position with relevant projects/ tracked recorded projects.

From 10 to 15 million VND (negotiable based on the engineer&039;s qualifications);
