· Together with R&D, Quality Manufacturing, Purchasing to follow/ monitor the situation of development component of new models & solving problems
· Manage task force of new model for solving problems which happen with customer&039;s bike with first 6 months from launching selling new product
· Manage, analyze and solve for problems of trial assembly for new model
· Other job be assigned by managers
· Make the Vehicle Inspection Rule (VIR) for new models
· Monitor the problem was discovered during the test run of the R&D department and solve problems if that problem be defined responsibility by R&D

· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical and electronics.
· Able to read and understand drawing of product preferred.
· About 1 year of experience in automotive or similar fields preferred.
·Good Englishreading and writing.
·Good skills in communicationwith both internal and external organizations.
· Able to use Excel and Powerpoint, advanced level preferred.
·Problem solving skills arerequired.
·Honest, proactive, teamwork, can- do attitude and willing to learn, problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
·Good interpersonal skillswith can- do attitude.
