Graduated from a university with a major in Information Technology, Polytechnic, Electronics and Telecommunications, or Computer Science.
At least 2 years of experience in the role of IT project presales, with a desire to develop in the direction of IT solution consulting for customers.
English: Good communication skills and the ability to read and understand technical documents in English.
IT proficiency: Certifications such as MCSA, CCNA, PLI, or equivalent.
System Expertise:
Strong understanding of product lines such as Server, Blade Server, Storage, NAS, and Tape Drive from brands like HPE, Dell, Cisco, and Synology (advantageous).
Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems (preferred).
Strong understanding of virtualization systems such as VMWARE and Hyper- V (preferred).
Knowledge of infrastructure solutions for system applications and databases.
Solid knowledge of the Windows Server operating system.
Network Expertise:
Strong knowledge of network services and devices from Cisco/Meraki or HPE/Aruba, etc.
Strong knowledge of various Firewall services and devices.
Ability to provide technical consulting and present solutions.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience in team management.
ELV Systems Expertise:
Strong knowledge of ELV systems.
