L&D Manager

The L&D Manager is responsible for improving quality of work force; enhancing employee growth to upgrade employee level; preventing obsolescence to make employee having passion for work; assisting new comer to adapt the company culture; bridging the gap between company planning and policy implementation.

Daily Major Responsibilities
• Develop training plan, training program, coordinate with all department about training needs
• Coordinate with HR Managers and Head of Department continue develop to enrich current training program to meet the company demand in each period time
• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions
• Implement a wide variety of training methods
• Culture training: training company culture for employee yearly
• Other task as required
• Solving critical employee relation with company side if any
• Support HR- Admin task is require.
• Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and company expectations
• To management training document follow company training procedures
• Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness
• Newcomers training: to organize training for newcomers about company culture, working culture, ethics, workplace etiquette, relation SOP, service standard…
• Provide opportunities for ongoing development
• Yearly and quarterly making training budget including outsourcing training – if any
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
• Review and organize department policies and procedures to develop materials available for training.
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in education, human resource, Hospitality or relevant field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong report writing and record keeping ability
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Experienced in work as Training Manager
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on- the job or in classroom training, e- learning, workshops, simulations, etc)
• Good training and teamwork skill
• Ability to plan, multi- task and manage time effectively
