RESPONSIBILITIES:
Activity and Work Planning
Develops and manages personal work plan objectives of immediate subordinates.
Develops, implements and drives action plans to achieve stated departmental business and personal objectives.
These must flow in a logical path from the business plan objectives.
Product Quality
Identifies specific opportunities for product quality improvement.
Liaisons with inter departmental manager for the implementation of quality improvement projects.
Builds up the quality checklists for input, process, and output phases.
Performs to company&039;s Manufacturing Instructions and Quality System.
Ensures performance meets product quality requirements.
Health, Safety & Environment
Ensures: The efficient and safe operation of production facilities and a hygienic and orderly work environment is maintained.
This is with reference to agreed output levels and legislated obligations under Company Group policies and standards and the Vietnamese Occupational Health and Safety Stipulations.
Observes the requirement of legislation and company Environmental protocols.
Cost control
To plan and control the expenses of activities, materials and manpower to meet the agreed budget
Leadership
Leads staff to achieve productivity, quality and service objectives as delineated in agreements.
Controls staff with respect to working hours, discipline, absenteeism and training with regard to the needs of the operation
Human resources Management / Development
Ensures caliber of people recruited allows long term growth.
Establishes recruitment standards for all positions.
Implements team portion of annual human resources (HR) plan.
Organization Culture and Commitment
Ensures all Company’s relevant Standard, Operations Procedures and Policies are addressed to and strictly adhered to by the employees.
Ensures that factory organization culture and employee relations are supportive of long- term business strategies by effective, open two- way communication and feedback regarding business issues.
Drives accountability in the team at every opportunity by encouraging creative ideas.
Complementary Tasks
Implement activities as documented in the Company’s Quality and Environment Manual
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management or Production Manager
Reporting / Filing
Reports performance monthly, quarter and yearly in accordance with Company (Vietnam) guidelines and System.
Maintains a good filing system for all documents in both soft and hard copies.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 1- 3 years
