Purpose

Solution advise for new improvement, project
Work with user and IT CMMS for new solution.
Monitor MES system error, alert.
Support issue in system
Support User/IT for handle concept of fixing problem issue,...
Research for solution of other system in CMMS for knowledge and control for MES function

Responsibility

Manage tickets and handle issues in the systems support:

Handling System Dump, Downtime, Maintenance, etc.
MES Application Support (Incident, Change, Problem, System Administrator)
Integration Application Support (Incident, Change, System, Problem, Administrator)(authentication, RESTful API, Git, SOAP webservice)
Report and Data Support.

Provide following technical support & development activities:

UI/UX design service for new form/application
Java/JavaScript/Python development in CMMS and for other purposes
Designing, developing and implementing technical solutions for conversions, interfaces, enhancements, reports, forms and workflows. Support after Golive
Verifying development test results.
Planning, self- organizing and implementation of all complex situations, which include developing specific objectives, setting and tracking performance measure;
Collaborating with many teams including security, functional, development and operations support groups to efficiently and effectively deliver operational excellence;
Workflow problem solving.
Writing, managing and reviewing functional/technical specifications to completion;
Trouble shooting technical issues.

Experience in MES:CMMS Maximo or other manufacturing related software is an advantage
Location: Ha Noi
Educational: Graduated from University/College or higher
Work Experience: Around 3+ years experience develop in software development using Python or Java and technical/functional
Specialty/Qualification: Engineer/Bachelor or higher
Skills
Good communication and presentation skills with customers
Independent working ability and responsibility.
Experience dev front end with language such as Angular, React RS,....
Experience working in the petrochemical industry is an advantage
Experience working with Mobile Flutter is an advantage
Have strong experience in programming using SQL Server database or others.
Experience working in a Windows Server/IIS environment is an advantage
Proficient in using Microsoft tools: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project…
