- Maintain a neat and orderly reception area & staff room
- fill up pantry and maintain hotel standard at public place (music, lights, aircon...)
- Interact with the guest and creating excellent experience for them.
- Familiar with hotel management system and payment process (by credit/ cash/ moto...)
- To provide information and answer all the enquires from customers via phone calls, mail,email, social media...
- take order and serve bfast from 07:00- 11:30 daily at lounge
- Welcome, take care and support guests during their stay as well as performing properly check- in and check- out procedures.
- No need to work on night shift, shift M: 07:00- 15:00/ shift A: 15:00- 23:00
- Working location: The Hammock Global city, district 2

- At least 1 year similar experience
- Be pro- active / willing to learn / hard working/ honest
- English is must. Other language is a plus
