Lead C# Software EngineerfreeC's Client

Oversee an engineering team of fewer than 10 members responsible for developing and designing plug- ins for CAD/BIM software (such as Autodesk Revit) utilized in the architecture, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
Guide the team in achieving the company’s goals and mission.
Engage in the processes of documentation, requirements analysis, design, deployment, code review, unit testing, and product operation.
Address problem- solving challenges, both technical and interpersonal.
Facilitate discussions, propose solutions for the team, and track the progress of team members.
Provide training, support, and motivation to team members.

Requirements:
Must have:

Proficient in developing desktop applications using WPF.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficient in English for reading and writing (Japanese is a plus but not required).
At least 5 years of experience with C.
Excellent logical reasoning and mathematical skills.
Experienced in the design and development of large- scale systems with complex business requirements.
Familiar with developing and utilizing the Revit API.
Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

Nice to have:

Experienced in managing a team of at least 3- 5 members, demonstrating leadership and responsibility.
Experienced in projects involving 2D/3D graphics, including games, imaging, printing, and simulated graphics.
Experienced in .NET projects, particularly in logic coding, algorithms, and complex data structures.
Familiar with or interested in systems related to architecture, construction, and manufacturing.
Skilled in optimizing software performance and addressing complex challenges within projects.
Proficient in developing desktop applications using WPF.
