Management & Strategy• Develop and implement the overarching content strategy for the Smartland and SmartRealtors brands, reflecting a quiet- luxury, international- standard positioning.• Define and execute content strategies for each project phase (teaser, pre- launch, launch, and after- sales).• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Content team to achieve high- quality and on- schedule deliverables.• Manage the content budget and maximize ROI from content marketing initiatives.• Partner with Data/CRM teams to develop personalized content for targeted customer segments.• Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, Notion AI, Make.com) to accelerate content production and enhance quality.PR & Communications• Draft and edit press releases, PR articles, and brand narratives.• Develop scripts for videos, TVCs, viral clips, and podcasts for brand and event campaigns.• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to deliver integrated communication campaigns.• Liaise with agencies, KOLs/KOCs (particularly within the High Net Worth Individual segment), media partners, and other external stakeholders.Content Development (Core Focus)• Develop and oversee content calendars for all channels: Website, Facebook Fanpage, Zalo, TikTok, YouTube, and Email Marketing.• Produce a wide range of content types:• Commercial Content: sales articles, telesales scripts, livestream materials, and advertising copy.• Brand Content: corporate PR, CSR communications, and employer branding.• Real Estate Project Content: market analyses, product introductions, and stage- specific messaging.• Establish and maintain content guidelines to ensure consistency and adherence to brand standards.• Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, lead generation, conversion rates).Others:• Support the organization of project launch events and internal activities (e.g., Year- End Party, Team Building).• Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
