Get to Know the Role
As such, we are seeking experienced & passionate Engineers to join our team, you will have opportunities to work on multiple app clients with flexible programming languages. It is very important that our team members take initiative to identify problems, and have the right mindset and skillsets to solve them. You will report to Senior Engineering Manager, who is based in Beijing, China. This role is based in Mapletree Business Centre, District 7, HCM and onsite.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Integrate new systems with existing platforms and ensure interoperability.
Lead and influence hiring decisions and foster an inclusive team culture.
Collaborate with technical leads from other teams to ensure cohesive system integration.
Serve as a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
Scope technical requirements and identify suitable technology solutions for new projects.
Architect, design, and build scalable backend systems using microservices architecture.

What Essential Skills You Will Need

International Collaboration: Experience in successfully working with international teams and leading collaborative projects.
Backend Software Architecture: At least 7 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable architecture using microservices.
Technical Leadership: Proven experience in a managerial role to lead technical teams.
Experience with a relational database such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
Cloud Services: Proficiency in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and applications.
Performance and Scalability: Advanced knowledge in building high- performance systems suitable for enterprise environments.
Full System Design: Experience in independent full systems design, including requirements gathering, technical specifications, and coding.
