Learning &Development Specialist

Learning & Development:​- Establish strong partnerships with the business to identify current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.- Implementing training needs analysis/ planning/ conducting and following up after training in order to strengthen employee’s soft- skills based on Organization’s objectives & Organization Development needs.- Coordinate with department heads to organize technical/ functional training courses/workshops for internal staff.- Develop suitable training materials & always keep it up to date. Coordinate with all departments to ensure each department has a comprehensive course library developed.- Develop, Promote & Engage Employees in M- Learning (Online) system.- Keep Training record/ database tracking for necessary report and evaluate the quality of learning & development for manpower.- Perform other ad- hoc duties assigned by the Talent Management team (TM Team).- In charge of On- boarding and induction for new employees together with the TM specialist.
Organizational Culture Development:Manage internal communication activities as allocated by the TM Team.Planning, executing internal activities on special occasions to gather and warm- up all employees.Maintain good communication and positive relationship with employees to promote employee satisfaction and ensure a positive working environment.
Budget & ManagementVendor management & monitor training cost to ensure budget is not exceeded.Provide assistance and administrative support in the planning, organization and implementation of training courses.Oversee the logistics and administration of the training events.

Having Content & Graphics Design Skill is a PLUS.
Strong organizational and training skills, be motivated and results driven.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant majors.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation & presentation skills.
Strong networking skills; energetic.
At least 3+ years of experience in relevant areas, prefer candidates
Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills (both Vietnamese and English).
Knowledge of succession planning is a plus.
Proactive, takes initiative to drive and complete projects.
