Learning Experience Officer (Quản Lý Lớp Học) - Đông Anh, Hưng Yên, Thái Nguyên

TA Supervision tasks:
Supervise TA on weekends to ensure TAs come to work on time
TA training: work with Academic Coordinator and EFL Supervisor to conduct TA training to make sure we deliver the best service..
Scheduling TAs’ schedule and checking their timesheet exactly.
Work with Academic Coordinator and EC Supervisor to get teachers’ feedback about TAs and solve them.
Scheduling Tasks
Allocate teaching hours in order of priority
Prepare teacher’s monthly timesheet and other reports as required
Synthesize the detailed schedule to make a general schedule
Record/update all daily changes of classes/teacher’s situation and update Educational Consultants with solutions
Administration Tasks
Giving general support to teachers and other staff in resource room:
Manage security guards and tea- ladies
Stationeries and other materials are enough for teachers uses

Proactive, result- given, organized and detail- oriented
Working hours: 42 hours/week (9h- 18h, 13h30- 21h30)
Computer literacy- MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Vietnamese nationality
Good communication both in Vietnamese and English
No experience required
Have a university or college degree
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
