Sika Vietnam is seeking a dedicated Legal & Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the company&039;s legal and regulatory compliance.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Legal & Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company&039;s legal interests and ensuring its adherence to regulatory requirements. This position will involve providing legal advice, managing legal risks, and overseeing compliance initiatives and reports to Legal & Compliance Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Legal Advice:
• Review and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Advise on corporate governance issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide legal support for litigation and dispute resolution processes.
• Provide legal consultancy on a wide range of legal matters in enterprises operation, including licenses, commercial contracts, environment and production safety, employment disputes, and regulatory compliance.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Conduct regular compliance audits and assessments to identify potential risks and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Coordinate to develop compliance programs to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations, including environmental, labor, commercial, marketing and safety standards.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations and update compliance policies and procedures accordingly.
• Identify and assess legal risks, developing strategies to mitigate them.
Intellectual Property:
• Manage the company&039;s intellectual property portfolio, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Ensure proper protection and enforcement of IP rights.
