Legal Compliance Officer

· Registration and renewal / modification of business licenses, certificates of the company.
· Improve and update standard contract terms and conditions to reflect local laws and company goals.
· Reviewing all types of contracts and proposals; participate in reviewing the company&039;s contract forms; Risk analysis of contract terms and conditions.
· Ensure compliance with laws and regulations for all activities in the organization.
· Implement and monitor systems and procedures to ensure compliance with all company codes of conduct.
· Handle regulatory issues including governmental filings, licenses, approvals and registration of the company and project; corporate lawsuits.
· Securing company and its all possessions from any illegal problems.
· Provide risk assessment and legal advice on the company&039;s operations and development projects.
· Support BSCI project.
· Ensure update regularly of key regulatory and legal changes, and other legal issues.

· Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
· A Bachelor&039;s law degree and more. Having a law practice certificate is an advantage.
· Good command in English.
· At least 1- 3 years of experience in relevant positions in the foreign manufacturing companies. (Must)
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· To actively update new/amended/adjusted regulation.
· Contract management experience, including ability to draft, review, summarize and organize a variety of agreements.
