Responsibilities:
Apply for the necessary licenses.
Review, update and advise the management, business, and support functions about local regulatory developments, market best practices/developments on legal compliance;
Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
Liaise and correspond with external counsels in dealing with related legal matters;
Develop legal framework contracts with pre- defined legal and commercial terms and provide proper contracting governance in order to minimize legal and economic impacts;
Draft, review and advise contracts/ agreements required by the Company to ensure the legality of contract/agreements.
Coordinate and drive legal projects and audit- related matters (if required);
On request participate in negotiations in supporting business to ensure the mitigation of legal risks while business objectives can be satisfactory by considering practical and commercial solutions;
Act as the primary senior legal counsel;
Other assignments by manager.
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the same position.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of business law and procedures
Outstanding problem- solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Bachelor of Law, Qualified lawyer in Vietnam (preferred)
Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
Male- From 23- 32 years old
Good time and task management skills.
Fast learner, Independence, passionate about the legal field
Experience in exporting practice is a plus.
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in English, especially in law fields
General Requirements:
Be able to work under pressure, and willing to take responsibility.
Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software
Ability to deal with multi- functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
