Dayone is the parent company of Got It (2015) and Scan It (2020) and Dayone has partnered with SEA’s Loyalty leader to launch is a new Loyalty platform Buzz It (2024).

What you will do
Proactively keep track and update with the new relevant laws and regulations that impact company business.
Assist in reviewing & standardizing the internal policy & procedures for each function/department and cross functions workflow and the guidelines to implement those compliance programs
Assist in developing and promulgating a system of contract templates, in charge of reviewing all contracts of the Company in high standard and in bilingual (English & Vietnamese);
Prepare, and submit the application(s), and liaise with authorities for the license, and sub- license in terms of company business.
Provide legal advice and assist with the corporate compliance requirements and business cases/issues to manage and reduce the compliance risk or avoid costly litigation.
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
What you should have
Honest, trustworthy and reliable;
Good at communication and negotiation, able to deal with authority;
Having a profound sense of responsibility and focusing on the work, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, good in logical thinking & organization skills;
A good command of English is an advantage.
3++ years of experience in Legal & Compliance. Expertise in tech & FMCG companies and a good understanding of corporate business and culture will be preferred;
Bachelor&039;s degree in business law or equivalent major;
