Legal Executive/ Chuyên viên pháp lý

- Update and supplement regulations related to company operations according to current laws
- Draft, review, and assess the legality of documents and contracts signed by the Company (Vietnamese, English, bilingual)
- Carry out legal procedures: establishment of enterprises, branches, representative offices, change of business registration contents, trademark registration, work permits, etc
- Represent the company to work with authorities, customers, and partners to resolve disputes and complaints arising during operations.
- Advise BOD and departments on legal issues in management, operations, business and other activities;
- Participate in litigation case assigned BOD, to ensure the company&039;s legitimate rights.
- Perform other legal tasks as required by BOD.

- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs for documentation, reporting, data analysis, and presentation purposes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in Vietnamese and English verbally and in writing.
- Education: a bachelor’s degree in law, business law
- Analytical Skills: Superior analytical abilities are crucial for developing statutory returns and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This includes interpreting data, conducting trend analysis, and making data- driven decisions.
- 4 years of experience in the legal field at a law firm or enterprise;
