Legal Executive

Role Description
This is a full- time on- site role for a Legal Executive (Open Level) located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Legal Executive will oversee legal matters related to the company’s operations, draft and review legal documents, assist with negotiations and review contracts, ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, and conduct legal research as necessary.

Resolving issues that come up during legal conflicts, particularly those involving state entities.
Assist and counsel the BOD/ Business Unit on legal matters when engaging in commercial and investment- related negotiations with partners and clients.
Manage the legal affairs of the company&039;s investment portfolio.
Carry out additional legal department responsibilities as delegated by the line manager and BOD.
Provide legal advice and adhere to all legal requirements for the operations and investments of the Head Office and its subsidiaries.
Create and evaluate legal documents and contracts related to the business operations of the company.
Personalized experiences and interactions should be created for users and consumers across all touch points including online and offline contact channels.

Qualifications

Experience in consulting with global partners/ clients.
At least 2+ years of experience working as a Legal Executive, Legal Counselor, or similar role
Experience in working and solving issues related to state agencies
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good understanding of Vietnam&039;s legal system and regulations
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English
Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field
Experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
