Legal Intern

Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Compliance Support:Assist in ensuring that the company’s operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations and Company’s internal rules.
Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, managing calendars, and scheduling meetings for the legal team.
Research: Conduct research on legal issues, case law, statutes, and regulations.
Document Drafting: Assist in drafting legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, non- disclosure agreements (NDAs), memoranda, and legal correspondence.
Compliance Support: Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Undergraduate or graduate students preferred majoring in Law
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Hardworking, enthusiastic and flexible mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.

Plus

Previous experience in a legal position or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in English.
