Legal Intern, Corporate Counsel

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail- oriented Legal Intern to join our corporate services. This is an excellent opportunity for law students or recent graduates interested in gaining hands- on experience in corporate law and legal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and reviewing corporate documents.
Assist with client communications and correspondence.
Support the team in ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations.
Help with the filing and organization of legal documents.
Liaise with the governmental authorities if required.
Attend and take minutes at meetings as needed.
Perform administrative duties to support the legal team.
Conduct legal research on various corporate and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interest in corporate law and business compliance.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of enterprise law is a plus.
Detail- oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
