Legal Intern

Job Description: Legal Intern
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist all of departments of the company in the aspect of legal.
Consult the procedures of legal documents, participate in deal/litigation, and solve the arisen issues to beneficial disputes between the company and the third party.
Other admin tasks
Do the tasks that support, consult the Law and provide the law principle related to business establishment, labor,...
Draft and certify the official dispatch, the economic contract to support the company’s operation.
Translation and Interpretation.

Job Requirement:

Fast manners, friendly and good communication skills.
Able to use English fluency (minimum TOEIC 700 or equivalent certificates).
Proficiency in office skills.
Ability to work under high pressure, overtime if required
4th year students or graduated Students from Universities. Major: Law, Economic – Law.
Careful, Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.

• Thời gian làm việc: 8h00 sáng – 5h00 chiều từ thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu và một ngày sáng thứ Bảy mỗi tháng
Working time: 8.00 AM – 5.00 PM from Monday to Friday and one Saturday morning per month
