Legal Team Leader

Legal Advisory & Compliance

Provide professional legal advice to internal departments on daily operations, contracts, projects, and business decisions.
Ensure company activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Law & Regulation Management

Communicate legal updates and compliance requirements to related stakeholders in a timely manner.
Monitor and update new laws and regulations relevant to company operations.

Contract & Legal Documentation

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents with domestic and international partners.
Support contract risk assessment and provide legal recommendations.

Licensing & Government Liaison

Coordinate with government authorities for business licenses, license amendments, and legal certifications required for operations.
Maintain legal documentation and compliance records.

CSR & Audit Support

Participate in and prepare documentation for CSR assessments such as SMETA, Higg (SLCP), WRAP, SA8000, etc.
Support customer and buyer audits related to legal compliance and CSR requirements.

Internal Control & Training

Issue, review, and amend internal policies, especially CSR‑related policies.
Control and monitor supplier compliance.
Conduct internal policy training and e‑learning programs.

Investigation & Special Assignments

Act as Secretary of the WBS Investigation Team when required.
Handle other legal tasks assigned by management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in the legal field.
Experience in manufacturing companies is preferred.
Experience with CSR audits in garment or related industries is an advantage.

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of commercial law, labor law, intellectual property law, and import/export regulations.
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
Good contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with government authorities.

Language

Fluent English in both written and spoken communication.

Personal Attributes

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
High integrity, strong sense of responsibility.
Company provides transportation from Ho Chi Minh City and Bien Hoa to Nhon Trach.
