Licensing Management & Development (Artist & Creator Relationship)

Responsibilities

Working closely with Customer Support to increase the quality of service.
Understand music industry, streaming platforms algorithm and provides consultancy to-
Develop the relationship with Artists and explore more opportunities for Artist in all services of MMusic.
Managing music co- production/investment projects with partners if any.

Qualifications

Having passion for researching and creating entertainment content on digital platforms
Strong attention to detail with an ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills within a client facing role
Having a good knowledge of the music industry, and procedures related to music
Digital savvy with a good understanding of streaming platforms and social media
Having good communication and presentation skills.
Knowledgeable about music, licensing and youth culture with a keen eye for emerging trends
Executive for talent companies;working with KOLs, celebrities is an advantage.
A team player with a can- do attitude.
