Line Technician – Kỹ Thuật Viên Bảo Trì Sản Xuất

Responsible for training of new colleagues and operators
Proper recording of all quality parameters as called out in the controlled specification.
Carry out preventive maintenance of production machinery in accordance with maintenance instruction/plan.
Other tasks are assigned by the supervisor.
Involved with project team for FMEA, training, machine installation, etc.
Troubleshooting to ensure production equipment works smoothly.
Willing to work in shifts.
In case of finding defects, take corrective action accordingly.
Technical support for production operations
Prepare spare parts for the machines.
Line Technician in Metal Part group have a role of “Production process engineer”. Support and coordinate with QA, PE team to identify the root cause of quality problem, then, perform necessary actions to fix it, or propose the solution for modifying/improving/replacing.
Preventing nonconforming products from entering the next operation
Support QA/PE/Production/CIM team for improvements and validation process (yield, quality, reduce cost, re- layout, kaizen, 5S, SKB, improving, etc.)
Responsible for validation of machines/ equipment/tools at Metal Parts.

Education: College/University with major Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronic
Professional knowledge of: Technical drawing & documents, Pneumatic system, hydraulic system.
Knowledge of foreign languages: Can read English technical document, can communicate with foreign colleagues.
Other: Coaching skill,teamwork, Problem Solving
Experiences:

At least 1 year working at precision processing environment
At least 1 year experience in Automation or semi automation manufacturing.
