LiveOps Game Developer English

This role is perfect for a hands- on problem- solver who is passionate about ensuring the stability, scalability, and efficiency of a world- class gaming experience for our players.
We are seeking a technical professional to own the infrastructure and operational excellence of our games. The position will be responsible for designing and managing our backend services, driving critical integrations with app stores and third- party partners, and optimizing our deployment and monitoring pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Server & Backend Management:

Ensure service scalability and develop data analytics infrastructure, supporting live game operations.
Design and oversee the management of game servers and backend services to ensure stability and reliability.
Collaborate with game developers and partners to optimize and integrate systems, including: Servers, databases, logs, SDKs, and tools; Cloud infrastructure and server cost optimization.

Integration & Third- party Management:

Manage internal build processes, external build uploads, and market certification/signature management.
Manage relationships with third- party vendors and providers, including: App store integrations (assisting the game developer); Integration of 3rd Party IDPs, features, and services; SDK integrations (such as unified solutions, security modules, etc.)

Project & Issue Management:

Issue tracking and issue resolution.
Manage technical task milestones, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Tools & Infrastructure Optimization:

Integrate and manage internal and external BI tools.
Improve technical processes such as build version management, automation of build deployment, monitoring, and operational efficiency.

Proven ability to handle operational issues and ensure system stability.
Familiarity with data analytics and BI tools for live operations support.
Experience managing third- party SDKs, APIs, and external service providers.
Experienced in designing scalable frameworks and integrating core service modules including IAP, tracking, and analytics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, enabling effective cross- functional work with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to analyze operational data to improve performance and reduce costs.
Experience with build automation, version control, and deployment pipelines.
Strong understanding of backend architecture, cloud services, and system integration.
Approximately 5 years of experience in game server/back- end management and publishing operations.
