LIVESTREAM MANAGER

· Seek feedback from Commercial team and our customers. Work with our team members and partners to address the feedback timely
· Work with Commercial team to ensure that Livestream team can meet quality and expectations of our customers, including
· Perform livestream sessions demand forecast, and work with both internal teams and external partners to ensure that OnPoint have sufficient capacity to meet the projected demand
· Provide training to team members and part- time resources on the various task lists, Work Instructions (WIs) and processes
· Perform regular performance review of livestream partners (provision of studio, equipment, part- time resources). Develop continuous improvement plan and ensure that the improvement plan is executed.
· Liaise and negotiate agreements with relevant partners to provide part- time resources to assist in the execution of livestream
· Negotiate and follow up contracts sign- off with our livestream partners, optimizing costs and able to meet expected Service Levels
· Setup continuous improvement process. Ensure that post- implementation reviews are carried out with root cause analysis. Task lists are updated regularly with new learnings so that the team continue to improve the operations

· Proven track record in taking initiatives to continuously improve processes
· Working knowledge of livestream equipment and lighting setup
· Able to work flexible work hours according to the timing of livestream sessions
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Able to travel within HCMC to various livestream locations
· Excellent scheduling and prioritization skills
· Able to adapt to dynamic and fast changing environment
· At least 4 to 6 years of experience in livestream production role
