LODGE MANAGER

ASIAN TRAILS IS LOOKING FOR TALENT TO MANAGE OUR LODGE IN LIEN SON TOWN, DAK LAK
General Responsibilities

Interact with guests, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly. Greetings and/or entertain VIP, travel agents on inspection trip
Create a budget to maximize profit margins while keeping costs in balance with guest satisfaction and quality of services
Lead sales and marketing efforts by developing a targeted strategy for publicizing the hotel&039;s services and amenities
Establish the hotel&039;s reputation for quality by inspecting rooms, public areas, and the surrounding grounds for cleanliness and upkeep
Provide the vision, leadership, and strategy that inspires your staff to deliver exceptional guest service that drives financial success
Collaborate with department leaders to define goals and objectives that are compatible with the overall hotel goals, as well as strategies for achieving them

Qualifications

Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and problem- solving skills
Fluent in English and any 2nd language is a plus
Experienced with hotel operation systems and skillful in project planning
Proven customer service experience as a manager; strong guest- focused mentality
Sportive, nature oriented, socially engaged, and easy communicator
Bachelor degree in hospitality or related field of study preferred
Must have at least 5 or more years of experience in the hospitality field
Previous experience as a hotel manager, assistant manager, or hotel department manager required
