Logistic Manager

Base: Ho Chi Minh (20%) and Ben Tre Province (More than 2 hours from Ho Chi Minh)

Level: Manager.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations, improving efficiency, accuracy, and reducing costs.
Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to the Warehouse and Logistic team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management, recommending innovative solutions to drive efficiency and competitiveness.
Implement and maintain SAP and WMS systems, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management, order processing, and tracking.
Continuously monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
Oversee and manage all warehouse and logistics activities, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, inventory management, and transportation coordination.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels to meet customer requirements.
Ensure compliance with all export and import procedures, including documentation requirements, customs regulations, and international trade laws.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport providers, negotiating contracts and rates to optimize logistics costs.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any logistics- related issues or delays, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Detail- oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
Experience in building and implementing SAP and WMS systems, ensuring seamless operations and data accuracy.
Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast- paced environment.
Proven experience of 5- 7 years as a Logistic Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the food and beverage manufacturing industry.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Availability to work in Ben Tre at least four days a week.
Familiarity with cost optimization techniques and ability to identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs without compromising quality.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high- performing team.
Strong expertise in warehouse operations management, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and space optimization.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications will be an advantage.
In- depth knowledge of export and import procedures, including customs regulations, documentation requirements, and international trade laws.
